Research Coordinator
Our client, an investment firm, is seeking a Research Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be highly professional, flexible, and a true team player.

POSITION: Research Coordinator
LOCATION: New York, New York (midtown)
OFFICE REQUIREMENTS: 5 days in office
HOURS: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
SALARY: $85-180k
BACHELOR’S DEGREE: Required
Responsibilities of the Research Coordinator:
-Heavy calendar management across analyst meetings and corporate access; serving as a face of the business and its portfolio managers both internally and externally
-Book travel arrangements including flights, hotels and ground transportation and process expenses timely and efficiently in workday
-Assist with scheduling of IR calls for each sector and log into CorpAxe
-Track sell-side corporate access events and conferences and reconcile corporate access and broker interactions into database
-Develop relationships with broker sales team and effectively plan meetings/calls
-Cross-sector collaboration and providing back-up coverage across sectors as needed
Requirements of the Research Coordinator:
-Minimum 5 years administrative assistant experience within financial services
-Bachelor’s degree required
-Strong time management skills
-Must be teamwork oriented with ability to work independently
-Excellent organization skills and detail oriented
-Sense of ownership of work; proactive in following up on details, anticipating needs or issues and closing the loop on requests
-Mature and strong interpersonal skills; able to interact professionally with peers and senior level management both internally and externally
-Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Workday, Bloomberg and CorpAxe is not required but a plus
-Verifications of identity, education, prior employment, and references may be required
