Personal Assistant

Our client, a Venture Capital firm, is seeking a hardworking and dedicated professional to join their team as a Personal Assistant. As the PA, you will support the CEO/Founder. The ideal candidate will have a no task too small attitude, be enthusiastic, committed, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

COMPANY: Venture Capital firm

POSITION: Personal Assistant 

LOCATION: Flatiron, Manhattan

HOURS: 9am – 6pm with phone availability during off hours as needed (4-5 days in office)

COMPENSATION: $150-175k

BACHELOR'S DEGREE: Preferred

Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant:

-Work alongside a travel agent to schedule and coordinate private and commercial, domestic and international travel

-Manage daily logistics for a family of 6

-Coordinate timing and scheduling of vendors 

-Personal appointment management

-Act as a gatekeeper, prioritizing and managing a dynamic and robust calendar

-Maintain a high level of discretion

Requirements of the Personal Assistant:

-5-10 years of experience in a similar role supporting high net worth individuals 

-Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities

-High level of professionalism and discretion 

-Self starter with the ability to hit the ground running

-Resourceful and thoughtful approach 

-Flexibility to work outside of normal working hours as needed

-Verification of identity, education, prior employment, and references may be required
