Executive Assistant
Our client, a leading private equity firm, is in search of an Executive Assistant to support 6 senior team members. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-8 years of administrative experience, be a self-starter, proactive, and have a great attitude.

LOCATION: New York, NY
HOURS: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
OFFICE REQUIREMENTS: This role is in the office 5 days a week
COMPENSATION: $110-150k (DOE) + 100% covered benefits + discretionary bonus + other great perks
BACHELOR'S DEGREE REQUIRED: Preferred
Responsibilities of the EA:
-Provide administrative support and represent internally & externally to key parties
-Manage travel; create detailed itineraries
-Manage busy calendars; coordinate appointments/meetings and supporting details
-Review incoming mail and e-mail; respond to correspondence, inquiries, and invitations as required
-Keep Executives up to date by headlining the top issues and providing general information about less critical topics
-Know what's happening around you, understand how all the pieces fit together, when to take action, while being sensitive to others' needs, work with a consistent sense of urgency
-Support the team with ad-hoc projects as needed
Requirements of the EA:
-A minimum of 5-8 years of administrative experience is required.
-Bachelor's degree preferred
-Positive, can-do attitude; collaborative in a team environment; demonstrates flexibility to the evolving needs of Managing Directors
-A strong work ethic, polished/poised, proactive and customer service oriented; highly reliable, responsible, and responsive
-Discretion and confidentiality are extremely important
-Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
-Verifications of identity, education, prior employment, and references may be required
