FOUNDING GTM LEAD

Our client is an early-stage fintech transforming the way the financial world manages compliance workflows, moving away from fragmented legacy systems to a unified, intelligent engine. They are seeking a high-energy, "0 to 1" Go-to-Market leader to join the founding team and bridge the gap between technical vision and market dominance.This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role designed for a strategic builder who thrives on the ground floor and is ready to architect a sales organization from scratch. You will work directly with the CEO in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment where your influence will shape product roadmap and company culture.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from high-volume prospecting and creative outbound to leading pilots and closing production contracts.
  • Identify and execute on "10x growth plays" by experimenting with innovative marketing and sales strategies that defy traditional playbooks.
  • Build the foundational infrastructure of the sales organization, creating the playbooks and processes that will scale with the next phase of growth.
  • Represent the brand as a primary spokesperson at major industry conferences, turning networking opportunities into high-value partnerships.
  • Translate complex compliance and regulatory pain points into compelling product narratives for C-suite executives and compliance officers.
  • Lean into the "uncomfortable" aspects of early-stage growth, including cold calling, rapid iteration, and navigating highly ambiguous market feedback.

Required Background

  •  5-10 years of total professional experience with a heavy emphasis on sales, bsiness development or revenue-based partnerships high-growth fintech environments.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience as an Account Executive with proigression from SDR, specifically during a company's  or seed-to-Series A growth stage.
  • A proven track record of rapid professional progression and over-achievement against quotas in a competitive sales organization.
  • Previous experience selling into the banking, fintech or compliance space, with a deep understanding of the regulatory hurdles clients face.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the "founder-level" charisma required to build trust with sophisticated financial institutions.
  • A "no-task-too-small" mentality paired with the strategic mind to think three steps ahead of the current market.

Location and Compensation

  • Full-time collaboration in the San Francisco office, 5 days a week.
  • Base salary of 150K – 180K, depending on experience and track record.
  • Meaningful, founder-level equity ownership in a rapidly growing, venture-backed startup.
