Our client, a growing Tech/AI healthcare startup, is looking to hire an IT Support Technician. This role will be responsible for providing IT support across the organization, handling both day-to-day support matters and serving as the liaison with the company's external IT provider. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth internal IT operations and play an important role in the ongoing development of the company's IT processes. This role offers a high level of responsibility and the opportunity to participate in larger IT projects within the company.

POSITION: IT Support Technician
LOCATION: New York, NY (with the ability for occasional travel)
HOURS: 8:30am – 5:30pm (with general flexibility to address issues off hours)
OFFICE REQUIREMENTS: 4–5 days in office
COMPENSATION: $80–120K base + generous benefits
BACHELOR'S DEGREE REQUIRED: Required
Responsibilities of the IT Support Technician:
-Ensuring that the company's daily IT operations run smoothly
-Managing and resolving all support requests in a structured and efficient manner
-Handling support issues via phone, email, and in person
-Providing technical support across the entire organization
-Serving as the primary liaison with the company's external IT provider, coordinating support requests and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues
-Assist with technical setup of meetings
-Perform ad hoc IT tasks and projects
Requirements of the IT Support Technician:
-2–5 years of relevant experience in IT support
-Strong customer service skills
-Team-oriented, collaborative, and positive attitude
-Responsible, reliable, punctual, and flexible -Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams is an advantage
-Experience working within the financial services industry (or similar) is an advantage
-Previous experience in a service-oriented role is an advantage
-Comfortable working independently, with a tech-forward mindset and an interest in emerging technologies, including AI
-Verifications of identity, education, prior employment, and references may be required
