VP and Associate, Investment Banking (Crypto, Blockchain, Digital Assets

Our client is a leading digital assets and blockchain focused firm.  Their investment banking group seeks an experienced Vice President and Associate for their growing team. Candidates will participate in originating, structuring, negotiating, executing, and closing transactions through the entire transaction lifecycle. The focus will be on M&A advisory.  Direct experience in digital assets or tangential sectors (i.e., financial technology, TMT, financial services, etc.) would be preferred.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of investment banking experience, preferably in digital assets or tangential sectors (i.e., financial technology, TMT, etc.).
• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Negotiating and deal structuring experience.
• Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
• Experience managing small teams and working in a collaborative environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Results-driven with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong interest in crypto and digital assets.
