Our client, a well-established investment firm located in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a highly organized and professional Part-Time Executive Assistant to support their team on a contract basis. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable juggling a range of administrative responsibilities.

Location: Midtown Manhattan, New York, NY (Hybrid: Onsite & Remote)
Compensation: $45/hour range (Contract)
Schedule: Approx. 20 hours/week
  • In-Office: Monday–Wednesday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Remote: Thursday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and coordinate scheduling for executives and team members
  • Process expense reports and reimbursements accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update internal databases and contact lists
  • Provide administrative support for special projects and overflow tasks as needed
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative support role
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Prior experience in finance or professional services is preferred
