Our client, a well-established investment firm located in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a highly organized and professional Part-Time Executive Assistant to support their team on a contract basis. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable juggling a range of administrative responsibilities.

Compensation: $45/hour range (Contract)
Schedule: Approx. 20 hours/week
- In-Office: Monday–Wednesday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Remote: Thursday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and coordinate scheduling for executives and team members
- Process expense reports and reimbursements accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain and update internal databases and contact lists
- Provide administrative support for special projects and overflow tasks as needed
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative support role
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Prior experience in finance or professional services is preferred
