Our client, a 1.0bn Hedge Fund, is in search of an Administrative Assistant to support the team and ensure the office runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized and a team player. A ‘can-do’ attitude is a must!

COMPANY: 1.0bn Hedge Fund
POSTION: Administrative Assistant
LOCATION: Midtown Manhattan, NY - 4 days a week in the office (WFH Friday)
HOURS: 9:00 am-5:00 pm with flexibility for OT
COMPENSATION: 115k-130k DOE + eligibility for discretionary bonus and benefits
3 weeks vacation, 20 days a year can WFH
Bachelor’s Degree Required

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Executive Assistant to the Founder & COO
            - Arrange travel, conference attendance
- Provide calendar management
- Prepare and submit corporate credit cards and personal expense reimbursements
- Business Development & Marketing support to COO
 - Manage CRM, run CRM reports, assist with Allocator prioritization and profile
- Update collateral pieces and marketing materials
- Distribute monthly/quarterly letters and return letters to allocators & vendors
- Assist in scheduling roadshows, allocator call/meetings and marketing campaigns
- Research possible allocators to target, maintain allocator priority list
- Coordinate with Finance and Compliance on marketing relating
- Administrative Officer with responsibility to:
- Schedule meetings and provide calendar management, including domestic and international travel arrangements
-Manage the office, including ordering and maintaining supplies, new hire on-boarding, coordinate with the building’s management team and front desk
- Oversee reception activities; meet and greet guests in a professional manner, ensure office is ready to receive all guests (cleanliness, water and coffee availability), provide phone coverage
 - Assist with the management of technology and cyber service providers
- Plan events/engagements, which may include offsite planning

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's degree required

- Prefer 3 years of experience in Finance and Marketing, preferably at a hedge fund

- Advanced CRM experience, preferably with Backstop
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

- Able to work independently and in small teams
- Attention to detail, with accurate work product produced in timely manner

- Goal driven professional 

- Research resources, troubleshoot, solve problems and seek guidance in prioritizing work
- Calm and poised, and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-changing environment

- Ambitious and looking to advance career
- Must be willing to submit to a background check
